Educational workshops with young people: Loves me, loves me not ...

Within the project "Loves me, loves me not ...", from September „Dominoes“ continue with the cycles of educational workshops to prevent and combat violence among young people with 3rd grade students in two Highschools schools in Split, on the topic of gender equality, human rights and prevention of violence.

Violence against women is not a "women's problem", but a problem of society and relevant institutions.

Partner project „Art Inclusive“

"Dominoes" is the partner organization on the project "Art inclusive" for which the Macedonian oragnisation "Volunteers Centre Skopje“ is granted financial support by the European Commission (EACEA) within the "Youth in Action" program.

Documentary film "Women of Split in the past and today"

Croatian Government's Office for Gender Equality approved financial support to „Dominoes“ project for recording a 10-minutes segment of the documentary film "Women of Split in the past and today“", which will be realized until end of 2010.

„Dominoes“ Strategic Planning

In the end of July, Dominoes conducted strategic planning for the next three year period (2011-2013) in which emphasis is placed on further development of media projects, particularly multi-media research project "Women of Split and Dalmatia“, educational work with young people and women and developing research projects related to public policies, gender equality and women's position in the community.
